Metrics

Altertable does not support OpenTelemetry metrics ingestion yet.

For now, use the built-in opentelemetry catalog for:

• Logs: log records with severity, body, trace IDs, span IDs, and attributes.
• Traces: spans with service, timing, status, attributes, events, and links.
